Anuga Food Fair 2019 coinciding with the harvest time of Iranian Nuts
In the past years, the Anuga Food Fair was held after the harvest of nuts and dried fruits, but this year the Iranian Producers are experiencing delays in harvesting various crops.
In the case of pistachio crops, the different climatic conditions than the previous years have caused pistachios to grow later with a 25-day delay in harvesting.

As for date crops, especially Sayer dates, Iranian Producers are experiencing a 10-days delay, caused by heavy rainfall that has made the dates softer and longer to dry.
As for raisins, some regions of Iran are facing a 7-days delay in the grape harvest, but in some other areas, including northwestern Iran, there is no delay in harvesting. And fortunately, good climatic conditions have improved the quality of the grapes, therefore, we are expecting high-quality raisins this year.
