QC Policy for Rose Ingredients

The production process is strictly controlled at several checkpoints:

The first step of quality control (QC) begins before production. We perform an annual analysis of the farms and farmers in the region by taking samples of the rose fields. We use a ranking system of the samples to grade the best farms as well as the farmers. Their profiles are kept in our archives and base our objective judgment of the roses.

The knowledge-based screening process helps us to have access to the best crops in the region in terms of physical and quality attributes (such as shape, flavor, and color) of rose flowers. Accordingly, our source materials are chosen from the best crops that stand at the top of our ranking system.

The second quality control is during the production when selected source materials have been transferred to the factory to be visually inspected for any signs of physical damage or infection.

At the third phase of quality control which is after the production, ready-to-use, finished products of rose ingredients are checked before they leave the factory. Â
